REGISTRATION FEE
Early Bird Registration starts from 1st December until 31st May, 2017.
Any registration from 1st June to 1st July, 2017, will be considered as Late Registration.
On-line registration will close 1st July. Any registration from 1st July, 2017 will be done On-site.

A small number of bursaries covering Registration fees and Accommodation will be available, funds permitting, for selected participants/students who are presenting papers. The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding eligibility for bursaries shall be final.
Appropriate proof of student and volunteer status is required to be presented when collecting name tags. Failure to do so will incur full payment.

REFUND POLICY:
In the event of any cancellation of registration, 15% will be deducted from the registration fee for the processing purposes if it is made by 31st May, 2017.
If the application of the cancellation is only received by the secretariat after the stated date, only 50% of the paid registration fee will be returned.
There will be no refund if the request is made after 17th June, 2017. Any request for cancellation of registration must be sent to the secretariat via email, ASAP.
