PRESENTATION TYPES |
1. SYMPOSIUM
Oral (Presentation as part of a symposium composed by the program committee)
Symposia are data driven and perspectives of different aspects of a topic or different views of the same topic. Each symposium will last 60 minutes with a maximum of 3 talks and discussion.
2. POSTER PRESENTATION
Posters are hypothesis driven and the authors will present their research findings of important ongoing research.
Poster presentation requires the author’s presence at the poster during the poster session (day and time details of the exhibition will be given accordingly).
• Please indicate whether abstract submission is for oral or poster presentation.
Note: *It is a requirement the registration fee has to be paid and confirmed before the participant’s presentation is eligible for any presentation in the conference.

GUIDELINES |
- Authors' abstract must be in English and following the international scientific writing IMRAD method, in Times New Roman with size 12 fonts, 1.5 spaced and a maximum of three hundred words.
- The title, authors, and institutions have to be clearly stated.
- All submitting authors must be stated in the order they should appear in the heading of the abstract. The presenting author should be clearly designated.
- Institutions: Enter institutional affiliations of all submitting authors. The detail of the authors' department is an optional field.
- Keywords: At least two key words are required.
- Abstract: The abstract should be submitted as a word file
- Corresponding author: Please identify the corresponding author. This individual will receive all communication from the organizer regarding the status of their abstract submission.
- Proof: Carefully check the proof of your abstract. If you find errors, return to the abstract title, thematic area or authors, and make your corrections. In order to make any corrections at the abstract's body you shall submit a new file with the corrections.
Presenters of accepted abstracts must pre-register for the Congress by the early-bird deadline. Each presenting author is responsible for his/her registration fee(s) as well as the costs of their traveling and accommodation.
Presenters who are unable to attend the conference should arrange for another individual to present the paper oral/poster. If there are any changes, after the on-line abstract submission period please notify the Congress Secretariat.
Upon submission, the abstract submitter confirms the abstract has been previewed and that all information is correct. The content of the abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and will be published in the conference book as submitted.
